Title: Barney is at rest
Post by: Bobby Bass on June 06/10/15, 03:12:28 PM
This afternoon I laid my lab Barney to rest alongside his brother. He was a 182 months old. He now joins his brother Bud who passed last October. The two can now run again together and scout the trail ahead of me. Losing another wingman just nine months apart is tearing me up.

Sorry to hear the bad news Bobby. We all keep losing our animals but keep on replacing them because they add so much to our families lives.

Hug her tight then hug her some more and hold the memory, you will savor the moment later.. I think knowing you are going to lay them down is so hard as I was loven Barney up a lot these past few days.
