And I know they are carp, but at least I have caught something.  A new month.

Nah, using corn.  Maybe crawlers tomorrow.  And yup, the bigger one gave me a good fight.

Nah, using corn for bait, maybe tomorrow will try with crawlers.  And yup, the bigger one was a fun fight.

corn with a chunk of crawler,catfish love and sucker fish,been years since Ifished the river,fun times....never know what lurks.

Good job GT!  They are more fun to catch than a lot of game fish.  Should be darn proud of it.  I bet that was fun as heck....

My friend down there was giving me instructions....keep the tip up, play him, be careful going down to the landing.  It was fun, I was pumped.  Even the smaller one was fun.  I'm up to 8 fish this year now down there.  And it is a great group.

Some get there around 6 am, I usually get there about 7:15 to 7:30.  Most leave between 9 and 9:30. 
There is another good group some evenings too....6 until dark.
