I saw a youtube of a guy butchering one that was about 2,000 lbs.  Talk about some slabs of meat.

Saw that one too.  And they are ocean fish, called Sunfish!   :huh:

It's kind of like this.

Reminds me of this.  An Opah.  Saw it on the Fish Monger.  See if this works.
