This weekend the wife made a Bear Creek Minestrone soup. She added a lb and a quarter of cooked hamburger to it. It was absolutely great like all of the other soups they make.
-
I like using the Bear Creek soups. Especially their Wild Rice. But I add a lot to it. Extra Wild Rice. Cubed potatoes, diced ham or bacon, diced celery and onion. Then cream or white cheese at the end.
-
I've had the bear creek soups, there not bad, but I prefer to make my soups from scratch..
And I add my famous soup mix to it!! :sleazy:

We like stews and chili here too. Roast in the crackpot are great too. Almost always made with Venison or bear meat.
