Title: A little help please........

I have a Microsoft Surface laptop. The cursor is a white arrow type thing. It often is hard to see. Is there a way to change the color from White to a easier to see color like Red? Also is there a way to change the size of it?

Should be able to go into advanced settings,select control menu and click on mouse,pointers ,etc and make changes there.
