i found this one on line Ive made it a few times i really liked it so here we go... serves 4
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup Italian -style salad dressing
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic,peeled and minced
steak seasoning to taste
seasoning salt to taste
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
2-1/2 pounds beef sirloin steak
put all ingredient's in a medium mixing bowl put steak in cover marinate at least 12 hours turning steak once..put on medium heat grill flip steaks once and enjoy

here is a different twist on meatloaf.
I made these things the other day and I know it's just meatloaf, but they were so good. I mean excellent, so I thought I'd post in case you might want to try.
1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar (shredded)
1 large egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon instant beef boullion
1 teaspoon salt
7 slices thin cut babon (4 to top the loaves and three you dice up and add to the mixture)
Just mix it all up and form into 4 mini loaves. Take four slices of bacon and cut them in half and criss cross them over each loaf.
I put them in the pit at about 300 degrees and cooked them for an hour and 10 minutes (I just took one out and checked it and they were done). I brushed them with sauce, not too heavy, after the first 35 minutes, and then twice more at 15 minute intervals.
I really liked them. They were really tasty and you could see tiny strands of cheddar in them still, with a hint of smoke, and the bacon ....

INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 cups water
* 3 cubes beef bouillon
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
* 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
* 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 2 tablespoons dried oregano
* 2 tablespoons dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes (optional)
* 4 pounds rump roast
* 1/2 cup vegetable o
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour water into a large kettle, and add bouillon cubes.
2. Mix together the salt, garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes on a large plate. Rub roast with 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Roll roast in seasoning mixture until well coated. Place the roast in the kettle along with any left over seasoning mixture and oil.
3. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer approximately 3 1/2 hours. Meat should be tender and well done.
this could be done in a crock pot also.

Best philly ever
Take a bread and butter roast season with lawrys and garlic pepper {mcCormic} hand rub put in fridge covered put coal to the side of grill while the coals are getting hot cut up bell peppers and onions heat a pan with olive oil take roast out and brown all four side and put roast on spit cook with indirect heat {so dont spead out coals} put cherry smoking chips in foil in about a half hour put chips on coals cook roast to 125 degress take roast and let rest for 15 min. spread out coals toast sub buns on grill slice roast thin put in pan add bell peppers,onions and pepper jack chesse melt put on buns and enjoy

Buta Kimuchi (Pork and Kimuchi Stir Fry)
Ingredients (Serve 2 people) :
1/2 lb sliced pork belly or ton torro
2 cups kimchi roughly chopped
1/2 onion thinly sliced (optional)
1 tbsp oyster sause
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Direction :
Heat a skillet or wok in a high heat until it become very hot.
Add the pork and stir fry until cooked.
Drain off fat from the pork (http://"http://www.dunlavinbacon.com/") in the skillet.
Add the kimchi (and onion), then stir fry for a minute.
Add oyster sauce and soy sauce then continue stir frying until the sauce coats the meat and kimchi.
Drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.

Here is the recipe:
Korean Tacos or Slow Cooker Korean Beef
3 lbs. chuck roast
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 chopped onion
10 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T grated ginger [ I buy the grated ginger in the jar]
2 T rice wine vinegar
1 T sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper
Lime Cream:
1 cup sour cream
zest of one lime
juice from one lime
salt to taste
To serve with:
Kimchi
lime wedges
siracha
sesame seeds
corn tortillas [Next time I'm putting this on buns like pulled pork]
cilantro
Add the beef, brown sugar, soy sauce, onion, garlic ginger vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. I wait till the roast falls apart. Use a fork to shred the beef and crush the garlic cloves to "meld"in since they are tender. Mix everything well.
Mix together the sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, and salt in a small bowl. Heat the tortillas, top with beef, lime cream, and if you like, top with kimchi, sriracha, cilantro, and sesame seeds. I think you could do this with a good bun also instead of the tortillas. I think it would be easier and better and then call it Korean pulled pork LOL. good luck.
