Title: They are starting to drive on West Rush.
Post by: rushpointstore on January 01/17/12, 01:18:31 PM
13 inches of ice on West Rush yesterday, light trucks and cars are driving on the ice.
The Crappie bite is best early a.m. and late afternoon, still in 35 to 38 feet of aqua.
Walleyes have been caught during the day when there is a overcast day, otherwise daybreak or late afternoon into evening.
The northern bite is still very good, a lot of folks are setting tip-ups a foot under the ice while Crappie fishing.
