Sounds like you should be making a video of your list of excuses.  However that would be about a 3 hours long.  Fishing has been fantastic right now.  Walleyes are jumping in the boat.  Last evening I went out for a few hours and landed 4 for the box and 3 that were in the 20 to 25 inch range that needed to go back in the lake.

  Good for you.  I heard the fishing on Vermilion was very good too.  Unfortunately for us the west side of Kabatogama was very poor to lousy.  We made a trip to the east side on Friday and found the results were not much better.  The fish were deep in the 29-31ft depths and not aggressive.  We pretty much threw everything at them.  Jig/minnow, lindies, cranks with and without weights.  The otters on the other hand enjoyed going into our boats and feasting on our live bait.  Not one single minnow was left after they got done.
