The head arrived frozen solid. Let it thaw out for a few days. Skinned and removed as much meat as possible as well as the brain and eyes. Let the bugs eat.

Picture from tonight. The bugs are eating well.

When I skinned and removed excess meat i found small pieces of lead on the bears jaw line. The bugs are starting to expose the damage to the old injury.
