It's not mine but we do share some common borders. Two pieces each 120 acres. Price is right now. Was too high for the past year and a half so I never mentioned it. Now it's a good deal. At least I think so. PM me if interested and I can give details. The land is over a mile off a tar road so little likely hood you would plan to live there. I believe both parcels are priced around $1000/acre. Land is in south east Morrison County approximately 80 miles north west of the Cities.
