Caught a woodchuck in a live trap this morning from under my shed. Any taxidermist's out there who want to stuff it? I can throw it in the freezer otherwise I am chucking it......pun intended...

They make great fertilizer.....

My kid used to do funny themed mounts with squirrels ..... Could make for a funny groundhog day theme...

BBQ chuck, know a guy who's done that. about the only things he won't are skunks I think

Funny stuff!! I whish I had the time and skill to create something funny. Anyhow, I threw it in the freezer if there is a taxidermist who wants it.

I tried to post this the other day but didn't make it here. My old neighbor in Stillwater was about 86 years old. He told me when they were kids a woodchuck kept eating all of the songbirds eggs out of the nests. Him and his sister got mad and waited for the woodchuck to come out from under the barn and they wacked it on the head with a shovel. Then they butchered it and their mom cooked it up for supper that night. :rotflmao:

Tell ya what,chucks are mean SOB's,my pup tangled with one last summer in my back 40,had a family of 5,didn't what to shoot'em so I tagged them a couple times with a low impack bb gun which really didn't do much,then the ruckus happened...thought my boy would bleed out,big ass hole in his tongue,well that summer we took out (7) as another par moved into the old den,then this summer two more pairs and (9) chucks went down down.
My turit~ .22 with sub sonic long rifle hp's did the trick as "quite loads" @740fps didn't work out
