Title: warrant issued fur Jets .....
Post by: Lee Borgersen on May 05/03/18, 08:52:00 AM
:reporter; ... Arrest warrant issued for Jets Robby Anderson after he failed to show up at court. :banghead:

The Jets Robby Anderson is once again in the news for the wrong reasons, :bonk: as he’s reportedly been hit with an arrest warrant after failing to appear in court Tuesday, per Andy Slater of Slater Scoops.

The court appearances stems from a January traffic arrest. Initially, Anderson was charged for a litany of crimes, including harming a public servant and aggravated fleeing police, but those charges were dismissed. He’s since had the felony charges dropped and is being charged with reckless driving.

Anderson has a long history of traffic-related arrests. :mad1:

On the football field, the wide receiver is coming off of a good season for the Jets. He caught 63 passes for 941 yards with seven touchdowns in 2017. Anderson is currently set to enter the final year of his rookie contract and is slated to earn just over $630,000 in 2018.

Time for the Jets to give him a call and say get it cleared up or you're done.
There needs to be a morals clause in contracts requiring players to be law abiding. Play nice or stay home.  :angry2:
