I know that they have rules against battery operated lures with lights.

But, this don't have a light...it just swims.

Nothing in the rules about it...it's not lighted, or has any spring action.....I'm sure they'd find some stoopid reason. Maybe the "cannot use electricity to catch fish" or the "no battery can contain mercury"......  :rolleyes:
