Just got done vacuum packing 30 pounds of pepper jack cheese & venison summer sausage.....oh, so good!

Yes, and no....I work at the place where it's made. I ground some of it, I helped mix some of it, etc .......
We all work together in the process.

I plugged a doe mostly for snoshage....so, none
I still have 30 pounds of ring snoshage and 30 pounds of beer sticks to do.... :happy1:
