I got a notification that the county tree orders are out....I got 50 seedling ordered of the Norway Pines.
$70 ....the price keeps growing, but worth it!

Nope $35 a bundle, of 25 trees.....so....50 trees, for $70

HD paid a buck and a half for a 6 inch tree (in quantities of 25)

Actually.....the trees I get are 15-22 inches, and they coat the roots with a gel that promotes growth. Never had one die yet....

Last week I filled out a survey for the national Arbour association or whatever they call themselves. Said I'd get 10 Norway pine at the appropriate time. I didn't donate so not sure if I'll get them. If I do they'll get planted up north unless someone here wants them.

They shoulda wrapped Del in Gel. Might have promoted more growth. ;)
