Title: I lost my fishing buddy
Post by: GrandpaTom on December 12/22/20, 09:05:32 AM
Last night, we received the sad news that my father-in-law, Butter, at the age of 95 finally passed away.  The last few years were tough on the man.
I taught me how to catch walleyes on Lake Sturgeon and for that I was very grateful.
He will be missed by many.
RIP Butter.

Never easy to lose anybody but it always seems worse when it's over the Holidays.

Maybe a new Angel singing your favorite Christmas songs.

Amen to that. Half the men in my family didn't make it out of their late 60's early 70's.
God blessed your father-in-law well.  :happy1:

Hey, GT. It’s apparent in the picture that he was a lot of fun to be with. Think of the good times, and know that we all get through the bad ones somehow. Best wishes and I hope your family is able to enjoy the memories and get through the holidays. I’m sure that’s what he would want.
