Title: Venison rib meat

Most hunters discard the rib meat, or add it to the grind.....

We did them one time. They are tasty, just wasn't much meat on them.

Yeah, to bad he didn't actually show them grilled.  It sure wasn't the nice chunks of meat he showed cutting up in the thumb nail! 

They just never seemed to have enough meat and after you grill them it seems like even less.   :undecided:

we have done too, yes tasty but not a lot of meat.. the video here showed more meat I think..  and I have always trimmed the fat too..
