Luverne plays Hermantown at 11. I am trying to find it on TV. I may have to stream it. ??? The last time I watched Hermantown it looked like some of their guys were in their 30's. :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

I don't get either of them. If I lived 5 miles east of here I would have Duluth TV but I am stuck with Fargo. Sucks

I root for Luverne. Don't know what I would do if Baudette played Luverne. I just found the game on a To be announced channel on the lower tier. Not looking good for Luverne.

It was a very close, entertaining game & then the game started. :pouty: Luverne looked star struck and got ambushed, it was over real early. Thats OK, any time the kids from any team make it to state it will be a life long memory.

I think they said not many seniors on Luverne's team so maybe they will be able to compete next year with a little more knowledge.

Warroad is getting a run for it's money from Cathedral. 1-1.

Undefeated so far this year. Hopefully they don't let it go to their head and keep it up. Warroad does a ton of recruiting too. They eat, breath and chit hockey in Warroad.

Edina and Moorhead tied 6-6 less then a minute left. Moorhead was down twice by 3!! they said the Edina goalie is 6' 5". datz a big boy!!!!

i dont believe AA Can go down.....think its decided by school enrollment........and has something to do with reduced lunches and something else.
hermantown got beat and Warroad was up by 3 and now its tied. should be an interesting ending here!!!!

Mahtomedi isn't really a big town team tho, I usually always root for the underdog when it comes to teams I'm not familiar with. Especially one that hasn't lost, sorry jb.

Mahatomedi has about 1181 students. About 478 for Warroad according to the google. Wasn't Mahatomedi the underdog according to tournament ranking? :confused:

On a side note, was watching the game in Edina. It was pretty cool to see the young kids idolizing these players…”almost” made me want to root for them…almost. Lol.

Wasn't sure where I wanted to put this, but this thread is pretty much done anyway. So I caught a little bit of the story last night on the local new that the dumbf#$& DFL in the MN senate are going after the Warroad Warriors again. The dumbasses just don't get it. Henry Boucha just explained it to the left wing nut jobs a few years ago that the tribe was part of naming the team and are proud of it. I swear the DFL wants nothing more than to destroy this country.

Right, same here. I switched a bit sooner than that. I will admit that I did vote for dimwit Dayton when he ran for senate the first time. They did say the sponsors' name but I don't remember who.

Both parties do a pretty good job of doing something really dumb, but the DFL usually wins the dumb card. I mentioned the same thing over on IDO during the tourny that its kinda strange the Warriors and the logo are still going strong. Burnsville dumped the Braves as soon as the thought was brought up, pussies. Not too mention a few College and pro teams jumped right in were others are like no way no how...bring on the protests.

Mahtomedi is an Indian name and we used to have a chiefs head on every vehicle. Back in the 80's or early 90's they quit using it. It was a thing of pride. Oh well I guess they don't want us to even acknowledge that they are even here.
