sunrise lake !!!

went out to sunrise today with repoman jr , and we hammered the crappies .. 9-10 inchers , decent ones we got a few 11 inchers too , there about 5-6 inches of ice
but definitly fish are biteing !we were in a 15 foot hole off from the first point from the acsess .. it was fun

 Did you stop in the bait shop?? I really don't know where to go to let everyone know what is going on at Frankies. I would go on and let people know if I knew where to go. By the way repo man Sunrise is going to shut down around Jan.5. Dick the guy that has the acess is having surgery. The Bait Shop was hopping this weekend.

yep stopped by the bait shop early , im gonna be back up there again this weekend , really i hope hes gonna be ok !
if you wanna post things you can pretty much post anywhere , here , if you click on the forums link it will bring up a bunch of different forums , general discusion , icefishing discusion , etc.. but if its on like ice conditions or fishing in the chisago lakes area just post them here ..feel free to give me a call anytime and i can walk you through the whole forum ...

I might be able to go in a while, my kids are being picked up this afternnon by there mom. I thought about going out somewhere. It was hard to be on the lake yesterday and not even wet a line.

i havent ice fished in 30 years and being out there yesterday
is getting me thinking, yep next year i am gonna do some heavy
duty ice fishing!

just talked to brad ,
sunrise launch will reopen in the spring ! the owner from the launch (dick) is recovering from lung surgery and he will reopen in the spring time !!!! ill stay in close contact with frankies for a more definite date .
