I seen this and it reminded me of trappers out west claiming losses of yote and fox in traps due to eagles.

Have seen this before,although a very neat film strip and it would of been somthing to witness. It dose not suprise me that the eagle would take a young deer when they are knowen to pick young goats and sheep off the side of mountains.

Good One!  I don't know if anyone knows this,but going north on 169 just before the mills lacs casino,if you look off to the west there is a big Golden Eagles nest out there..Once in awhile U may see him sitting in the trees by the road and is he ever beautiful..I can see why they call them Golden..Keep your eyes out and U may the this wonderful bird...  GGM
