The sports forum has been kind of boring so I will give you a report from an old man's league.

Voyageurs 5 - Generals 1

MNO member Scott Pugh was 1 for 3 with a run scored.  MNO admin Ryan was 1 for 4 with a run scored.  I also got the pitching win.  9 IP, 3 H, 1 BB, 1 R, and 3 K.  A successful start to the season.

He said he will be ready to throw a 90 MPH fastball by the end of the year when I need a break.  Maybe he didn't say 90, but he did say he might be able to pitch so I would take that as a good sign.

We are now 2-0 with an UGLY but sucessful win in St Paul two weekends ago. Sunday's game got suspended because of a schedule conflict.

My shoulder... Is not doing good. It is still giving me issues and I am having issues throwing with anything on the ball. Hate to do it but the rest of the year might be shot, depending what the doctor says.  :help: :doah:

I think ugly is an understatement for last Sunday.

Hopefully the doctor can give you some good news or maybe work some kind of magic on your shoulder.
