what do you think 35 rem or 300win mag

Heading up bear hunting again this year cant decide between 2 of my high powers 35 rem and a 300win shots no more than 30 yards both have scopes and very acc at 25 yards from the top of my garage) 200 grains with the 35 or 180 with the 300

Rem I think you are going to kill what ever you hit with both of those guns at 25 yards with any shot that is even close to hitting the mark.  You can't go wrong wither way.  Good luck!
