Hi everyone,

I am looking for a new spinning reel for walleye, mostly jigging. Can anyone reccomend a real nice reel? So many to choose from. I would spend up to 130.00 but would like to stay under 100 bucks. Any input would be appreciated. I want a smooth smooth reel. Heading to LOTW in a couple weeks and want to treat my self to a new reel.

Thanks,

Kirk
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by thethings you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throwoff the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catchthe trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Fawkinnae Kirk - looks like no one has gotten back to you on this important question. You probably already went out and bought it by now.

I pretty much have switched everything over to Schimano Symetre. For $85 bucks I think they are hard to beat. My son upgraded to a Schimano Stradic and he's been happy with that too. I think they run around $120?
