Haven't fished it myself but I heard they were catching a lot of crappies out there. Judging by the crowd I saw out there tonight they are catching something out there. Tons of people. Across the road on Peltier it was pretty quiet......

Went to centerville today...brought the girlfriend with for her first ice fishing experience.  She's a natural.  Mid afternoon was sunnies in about ten feet of water on spikes and jigs.  dusk was crappies in about 15 ft on any glowing jig tipped with a minnow.  it was quanity tonight not quality.  Had to show her a good time the first time out.  biggest crappie went about 10 inches.
Good Ice Too!!! all of 16 inches

I fish Centerville and peltier a lot and thats the norm out there 8-10" Crappies, usually lots of action but no size until ice out or in the spring.
