Not sure if you are intersted or not but legislation has been introduced once again to allow 2 llines. I think this is the third year of it.

It is House File 0022 and was introduced by Juhnke on 1/11.

I love the idea. I do 90% of my fishing and guiding on the St. Croix in the summer and always use two lines. It doesn't magically put more fish in the boat like some seem to think. I'm hoping it passes this year.
