as we headed home we stopped at Erskin, to check the lake out, it has a plowed road out to the middle and south side,(1 lane only_) the snow is darn deep off it but truck tracks are out there, we found no one to talk to so we headed to Bulldog  and talked to a lady that had been fishing all over the west side in 10-12 ft, nothing so far, a small road was plowed to the center, not much traffic anywhere on the lake so we headed to Platte were we headed out on an unplowed road with darn deep snow on both sides (stuck city) 4x4s that werent moving were getting stuck-- we found about 25 houses out the just off shore in 10-16 ft,,- a few small snakes but nothing else,, guess we werent the only ones that had a tough weekend
good luck
