Big Walleye seem to be putting on the feed bag.  There has been great action with perfect for the frying pan size Walleye 14-16 inch and there were many trophies caught this week.  There were 3 Perch caught yesterday that were being brought to the taxidermy.  Here is a picture of a big Walleye that was released.

We are still fishing off of the reefs along the border and along Pine Island.

The forecast for the coming week looks good, temps ranging from 0 to 20’s.   The snow on the ice is firmed back up and looks like we should be fishing all the way through March.
