 4-14-09  With many people trying to fish the same areas, the yearly complaints about crossing peoples lines, near misses etc, in the channels are coming in more than any really good fishing reports!  Sunnies are in, but not the spring rush yet, crappies are out in the east/west channels..but still not the spring run that everyone gets excited about.  Lots of shore fishing in Patterson/Frandsen.  Waxies primarily, light colored cubbies..
The FIRST ANNUAL CLEAN UP THE ROAD campaign will be Saturday, May 2nd..or Sunday, May 3rd..you can weigh in on a date yet, if you have a group together that would like to join in.  We are having a drawing for 2, $100.00 prizes, one for each road (County 7 and County 4).  The more people who enter from your group (church, association, girl scouts etc..) the more tickets you will get to enter for your club!  The more the merrier, and the faster we get done!  Let us know if you want to join in, we will be picking up vests and bags at the county for all participants.  Hot dogs and pop afterwards!
