Yep,that is correct. The auction is aug. 25th. I am selling everything I own, House on Gilstad Lake, lots of personal items, 280 acres hunting land 9 miles north of Blackduck on hyw. 72, commercial building in Blackduck, and Agassiz Lodge. Check it all out at the auction website, iraymn.com. Who knows, maybe nothing will sell and I will still be here. Otherwise I am looking at a small ranch in Wyoming  8). For a while I thought about keeping Agassiz and using the proceeds from the rest to keep building, but to tell the truth I am getting tired and need a break. I still think without a doubt Agassiz Lodge will be a success. Any questions, feel free to ask, hope to see you all at the auction, there will be something for just about everyone there :)

  Did anyone go up for the open house last weekend?  I wanted to but was unable too.

we didnt go but we will be there for that weekend to have OPEN HOUSE for our business sale if anyones interested in looking everything over inbetween the auction day so stop by and take a look- it doesnt cost anything to look-- heck stay for the weekend with us the sleepers are all open, do some fishing, just give us a call if your interested

   How did the sale go on saturday?  Anyone go?  I had a wedding in Fargo so I wasn't able to go but I sure would have liked to go.

from a reliable first hand source.
the lodge did not sell at the auction. the bidding stopped below a ceiling number that was reached before the auction.
rumor is the tribe offered them more than they were offered at the auction.
other items and tackle from lucky bait was the catch of the day.

Has anyone heard if Hudecs got auctioned off during the beginning of August?  What about Aggassi this past weekend? 

My folks are heading up to our cabin on URL this weekend, I will have to send them out to investigate!

niether one of them sold as per good info after being there this past weekend-- man its quiet up there, talked to Cookie for a bit (he always makes us laugh)- Pete Olson is slowly recovering from the busted back after doing a swan dive from a extention ladder- hang in there Pete-I need some entertainment on the ice, Chance and the family are  going into farming besides running the new gas station, laying carpet? someone should have a sit down chat with that boy, met Paul Glass on the highway 5 miles before Washkish looking in the ditches for a wheel and hub  to get a boat back on the road, yaked with Shorty, Kellys dad and Colleen at Hillmans, checked out Westwind for a bit and always have a great time there and so does Judge Judy- Lois Judy is still giggling!!!

p.s. stop in at ma Raddatz place and check out or cabin we will be there over the long weekend and yes your dogs can come along, check out the beaver dam with your atv, bring a chain saw and grab some firewood
