The water temperatures jumped to 66o this past weekend due to mild daytime temps.  The walleye bite has improved with slot fish (eaters) the norm.

Load up the boat or hire a guide and head to the Big Pond now!   You will find daytime walleyes in 25'-30' of water on the gravel bars.  Work live bait rigs with leeches using a long leader you can handle.  As the water warms the spinner rigs are starting to turn a few fish.

Good Luck and we'll see you on the water.
