up to the minute reports via cell phone from Lowry
this AM, my old man and two others headed out.  @ ringbills as they were getting the boat put away after putting out dekes... one flock of about 30 cans right over the decoys, nice right to left shot.  And a flock of redheads/cans mix, again nice right to left shot right over the decoys.  and then a nice flock of ringbills as they were picking up the decoys.
You conservationists will be happy to know, they didn't hit and canvasbacks.

total ducks = 0

and yesterday, one of the guys was out there, he saw more deer then ducks. never fired a shot.
ducks = 1, deer = 2
