Lake Geneva Afternoon Trip 6/15/10

After wrapping up a 7 hr 5:00 am to 12:00 pm trip I welcomed aboard my afternoon 12:15 pm to 4:15 pm group Roy, Chris and Tom. Now Chris and Tom forgot to bring rain gear so naturally it proceeded to rain . Fortunately for them The old captain was prepared for just such an emergency. Young Chris wasn't able to fill out his 3X loaner rain gear, but it managed to keep him dry for the rest of the outing.

We went to plan "A" and began to score on some bass using cr-wl-rs (you fill in the gaps). Of course our most veteran angler Roy was already working on his first smallmouth while the rest of the crew were still struggling to get into their raingear. We were concentrating on a depth of 18 ft most of the time and caught mostly smallies. Need I mention we were also catching rock bass everywhere we went? I tried to outrun the Rockies every time we moved, but they were to fast for me.

See ya on the water,
