Not much open water fishing going on this week with temps bellow zero but as soon as things warm back into the upper teens I will be back out and post reports. Ice fishing is a good option this week. The panfish bite has still been going strong down on the finger lakes on pool 5. This is a great area to spend a day on the ice as you have alot of options. The four finger lakes are all distinctly different and the fish are almost allways active on atleast one of them for those that are willing to move around and find the larger active fish. I will give them a shot tommorrow but today it's an afternoon of snowshoeing, got to love winter... See you on the water, hard or soft.
