Fishing for Life is now accepting year-round donations of used hunting, fishing and outdoors-related items  to support its youth fishing programs.  Donations are tax-deductible and will be included in the group’s annual Sportsmens’ Garage Sale during Fish Fair at the Anoka County Fairgrounds in May.

Suggested items include: Boating Electronics, Camping Supplies, Rods, Reels, Tackle, Nets, Archery Equipment, Hunting Supplies, Binoculars, Ice Houses, Augers, Portable Heating Systems, Maps, Art, Naturalist Books or any other outdoor sporting equipment.   The group will also accept donations or consignments of boats, ATVs, campers and other recreational vehicles for their live auction at Fish Fair.

Fishing for Life is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving youth, family and community through fishing and outdoor programs.  They serve as a National Parks and Recreation Association TakeMeFishing® agency to develop fishing among youth and annually engage over 5,000 youth in fishing related activities.
