What's everyone using for lighting for tracking deer? I've tryed different things but still hard to pick up blood with all the leaves this year and no snow.

Ive never used one of those lights for blood - I havent heard much about them.
We havent really shot many deer in the evenings, so we havent had to worry much about tracking deer in the evening.
A light snowfall is the best for tracking deer - personally, I just like to drop the deer where they are standing  ;)  - but we all know how hard that is!

We have some really thick cover on our property, so if they run in there, you pretty much have to hope they are still alive when you get there so they will run out, or it is tough to drag them out.

i have tryed lots of ways. a led flashlight is best in my opinion, its very bright and more of a bright white light(haha) so its easy to pick up the blood. i bought a primos blood hunter but havent used it yet, been 3 years sense i bought it, that is also bright as well and has 3 light colors red for map reading and green for walking to the stand and then it mixes both the colors to make the blood stand out.
