So I just got around to grinding up some Venison tonight - mixed it with some beef and put it in some 1lb bags.
Here are some pictures of my operation.

I also made some Philly 'Venison' Steak sandwiches - cut up a tenderloin real thin and fried/sauteed them in some butter.  I added some onions and green peppers to the mix to get them nice and tastey.
While that was cooking I broiled a hoagie bun, spread with butter to get it 'glazed'.
Once the meet and veggies were done, I added them onto the bun and sprinkled some mozerella cheese on it and broiled it again to melt the cheese.
After all was said and done, I spread some mayo on it and  :taz: ate it. (too fast to take a picture, but I did snap some of my grinding.)
