So what are everyone's thoughts on having Ice for the Spearing opener? 

It's only three weeks away!
All I wanna know is, are we going to be cramped?

I think we will have it......maybe. We should have some cooler weather after this warm front. the water is pretty cold and ready to freeze. we just need a few cold nights and days and its all down hill from there :'(

I think we will have ice and the pike will be active.

With this 70 degree weather we are having, it is not looking good for ice :-[
All I wanna know is, are we going to be cramped?

Lake Winnibigoshish  and around the area has weather conditions for the next ten days in the low twenties. I think you will have pleny of ice this year.....
