Well the recoil went on my auger on Saturday so today I made a run to Big Lake to drop it off.To my surprise they fixed it on the spot..They also put 3 shims on the auger from the power head total cost 6.95...Except for the recoil going out 3 times and the shims added That is it for heavy use for 14 years..I was extremly impressed how they took care of me!!!!!

They are known for there customer service.Keep up the good work strikmaster. When I have a issue they have let me talk to a tech and I have fixed my auger on my own through there instuction over the phone. Being over 200 miles away they have reallly been great help over the years.

I have heard about there customer service for some time Cookie but seeing it frist hand just blew me away..When I bought my auger 14 years ago I did alot of looking and Strikemaster was my choice Im so happy I made the right choice!!!!!
