  :taz: Loch Ness monster rises out of the Chippewa River :doah:


A sculpture resembling the Loch Ness monster rises out of the Chippewa River in Eau Claire, Wis., on April 30, 2012. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources views the sculpture as an illegal obstruction to a navigable waterway and wants it removed.
