Does anyone have a good sugestion or recommendation as to what type of glue to use? I have tried a few different. ones and have trouble keeping the veins on for any period of time. I rotate slightly so im not gluing in the same spot!
thanks,

I have some red jig from cabelas it was 35 bucks and it worked good for my 2117 aluminum with 4" feathers and it worked good hold good but I put a drop on both the front and back

What are you using it for? Vanes feathers how many arrows do you want to do?

do it the easy way and buy them ready to go. most archery shops will cut and put inserts in for you. you should be able to get them for $10-15 bucks an arrow.
my wife said it.... im OFFICIALLY ADDICTED to MNO!!

I have been shooting six of the ones I've done and only had problems with one fletch and that was the one I didant glue the front of it down but I found a tip on YouTube put tubing alcohol on a paper towel and clean where your outing it helps clean the arrow where your palling the vein

Only don't it once have shot the six of em only like 300-400 times total so in a few weeks I'll let you know how they continue to hold

The quick fletch come off with a razor. Just like shaving a normal fletching, only takes a little more time.

If you are putting feathers on, then use fletch tape. perfect bond everytime.

I started using them last season and will keep on using them until I find a reason not to. the price is a little high but if I figure in the cost of running to the pro shop and having arrows refletched, and the convenience of doing them myself in minutes, its a no brainer.

I have used the fancy glues that you can buy at the archery stores which are really just expensive super glue.  I have used plain krazy glue and Gorilla super glue plus some other brands of super glue.  Pretty much the same result with all of them on vanes.  Use too much, they come loose.  Use too little they come loose.  No matter what you get one maybe two uses of the glue bottle before you can't open it again.  I helped a bunch of Boy Scouts make some arrows once.  Cheap wood shafts and cheap feathers.  We used quick set epoxy.  Again mostly the same result of whether they used too much or too little.  Just my $0.02 worth.
