We have had scattered reports this week.  Many anglers are now staying in the river and catching their keeper Walleyes along with many little ones.  The bite in the river has improved all week and most have had their fresh fish fry and plenty to take home.  There have been some big Walleye from 26”-31” released in the river the last couple days.  Anchored and jigging with gold and pink or gold with yellow has been best.

The shiner run has been steady this week with the shiners smaller in size but great in numbers.  Water temperature in the river is 45.7 so now they are more tempered and hearty.

The forecast shows to be holding the same weather for the next 4-5 days with highs in the 50 and lows in the 40’s until the weekend it should cool down Friday and Saturday.

Winter dates are booking in fast, if you have not picked your dates yet you may need to soon!

FISH ON!
