In need of a reputable gunsmith
Hey folks, anyone know of a good gunsmith in the metro area? I just bought my daughter a used.243 cva scout and after putting 30 rounds through it, the front of the trigger gaurd cracked

the guy at joes bait in st paul does quality work and gives you a no BS evaluation of the firearm. bring it to him. i've bought a few guns from joes and don't mind paying a bit more just because of the service.

Ole Bob is several steps above other smiths,especially in the shotgun dept,what makes him better than most smiths is "he's a shooter" himself,he can tweak rifle or shotgun to fit like a glove,help reduce felt recoil as well,customize trigger pull and length of pull,just a great all-around gunsmith.
