A great week of fishing.  On the south end, most anglers finding limits of walleyes in front of both gaps, Pine Island, Zippel Bay and Twin Islands in 8' to 22' of water.  Anchoring up with a jig and frozen shiner best method.  Pink, bubble gum, glow and gold were strong for colors.  Trophy fish being caught with regularity.

Pike action still going strong.  Zippel Bay, Four Mile Bay putting out good numbers.

Up at the NW Angle.  Limits of walleyes.  Most fish being taken in 15' - 30' of water.  Moving slowly with a jig and minnow is go to method.  Orange, chartreuse, or glow hot colors.  On the MN side, Soldier's Point, American Point, and Brush Island.  In Ontario, try Deepwater Bay, or areas adjacent to spawning areas with warmer water.  Fish relating to shorelines.  Some big fish, 28"+ being caught.
