And to think I thought they were broke..........what a waste of Cash. 





Funny thing to me 25 years ago when I used to work for the DNR I used to clean up and mow boat landings.  I would spend 15-20 minutes walking around with a 5 gallon bucket picking up trash.  I asked my boss why not have a garbage can.  He said they used to but people would just bring their trash from home and fill it up.  I wonder how long before these weed bins are filled with garbage?

Most landings I go to have too few spaces as it is.  To designate a specific area to have people clean weed is just nuts.  People can always find an area not currently being used to do this chore.  I just adds complications and maintenance to the landings and reduces the usable space.
