When did the MN Deer Classic start sucking

I was talking about this with nontypicalhunter and we both agree that the deer classic is a real snoozer now. It used to be a good time when it was on the state fair grounds. Now the only venders are realtors, outfitters and food plot seed companies. They used to have good seminars too. I just looked at the seminar list for this year and it is mostly guys from TV talking about how great they are at hunting game farms and land managers telling you how to plant food plots.  Game farms and food plots are not hunting, WHERES THE GUYS TALKING ABOUT HUNTING!!!!!!!!!!!

I've only been going the last 6 or 7 years and I don't think I will be going again this year unless the kids want to go.

i usually go every year, but your right last year sucked something awful. besides that and the new location blows to. so I wont be going this year, save myself some time and money

There is another seminar just starting up this year on the same weekend at the state fair grounds runs thursday- sunday ill be helping out archery specialists on Wednesday and Thursday should be a good show dont remember the name of it but ill google it
