I picked a used troller with the pro-pack. I have not had a chance to use it yet. I was wondering if anyone has one or has used one? Stuff like does it pick up your lure and the separation, battery life, etc. Thanx Scott.

I can't speak for the troller, but I do have the showdown 5.6 dual beam. They should read the water column in much the same way. I never have any problem finding my lure.

The really nice thing about the vertical readout is that it is so easy to read and understand that little kids really get a kick out of watching the fish react and take the lure. I was out fishing with BBD's kids last year and they had a blast watching the fish chase the lure.
