They sure do. I shot a doe a few weeks back, -10 temp, -23 windchill. They are going to and have been sticking closer to the food sources. Good luck, don't let the cold weather get to your head.

articles I have read say when its this cold deer tend to move more midday.......when its supposedly the warmest part of the day. and I have seen deer lately between noon and 3 pm.
