Walleye fishing help around little falls mn

Hello everyone i am new here and i am planning on going up to little falls minnesota and i am looking to do a little walleye fishing. I am looking for a fishing trip to catch some nice walleyes to take home to eat. I am not so much looking at mille lacs lake because of the 2 walleye bag limit. So i am looking more around Gull, pelican, otter tail lake. i am also looking to fish around October or early November time frame. SO i was wondering how the fishing around these lakes during this time and also how are people normally doing on walleye fishing on these lakes. Is it good or bad or what and also if anyone has any recommendations on guides to go with please inform me with that also. Thanks
