Consider this site THUNDERSTRUCK! - I've also made the leap over - THANKS BOAR for cluing me into the new hangout! Good to see your typing is just as atrocious on this site as the old one.  Happy to see some familiar names and looking forward to getting to know others.  Was worried that we'd all disperse and lose touch after the HSO fiasco.  This place seems much more welcoming.  Looking forward to continuing the banter and sharing our knowledge and growth of making DANG fine food in the process!
