Does anyone know?  Ive been looking at 14/16 ft aluminums.  Some have floors some don't.  Im wondering what involved in installing one.  Has anyone ever done it?  I googeled for over an hour and I can't really find a good set of instructions.

Thanks!

I bought a 14' tiller several years ago without a floor.  It was really pretty easy to install a floor.  We pulled out the middle bench seat by popping a few rivets and simply measured the opening, cut the wood, and added marine carpet and screwed it down (we actually connected it to the other bench seats).  Didn't take long and it looked and worked great.

A friend did this and I believe they did it the same way UD mentioned above. One thing they also did was add Styrofoam in the empty area under the wood flooring. I believe they may have used some stuff in a can that spray out? Not exactly sure, this was probably 10 years ago.
